learning how to "blog"

so i'm this 51ish married mother of 3, my children think i am totally techo challenged...i can't turn on my own tv, i cringe each morning as i gather the seven or eight remotes lying about various parts of the couch and wonder how they have figured out which ones to use when....i turn to my husband of 25 years whenever i have a computer/nano/camera glich which is almost ALWAYS, and my treo/palm of numerous years often fails me by not having the contact i am looking to call, when i am CERTAIN i have inputed that information----

all that aside, i think i am pretty computer saavy, and i have certainly shared hundreds of pictures with family and friends via email, aol, and the like....but i'm still a bit disorganized about the way i go about it, AND, i have not yet found that perfect program which suits my needs.which, takes me to this site....www.blogger.com, where i am HOPING, that i will be able to learn how to blog, enjoy the process of blogging, AND, share some positive energy to family and friends (and maybe some new aquaintances) as i share with you my love for baking challah, the pleasures of celebrating shabbat, AND, my passion for pictures and capturing the moment.
